Direct bookings
Direct bookings are made on the booking engine linked to this website. Before you confirm, the summary shows the total price of the stay, including any taxes and extra charges, and the terms of the chosen rate: payment, deposit and cancellation.
Times, payment methods and house rules are set out in the House rules, which form part of the terms of your stay.
If you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, you also accept that platform’s terms.
Right of withdrawal
A stay is an accommodation service for specific dates: for this reason the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n, of the Codice del Consumo, the Italian Consumer Code, D.Lgs. 206/2005).
The cancellation terms of the rate you chose, shown at the time of booking, apply.
Complaints and disputes
For any complaint, write to us at info@ladimoragh.it: we reply within a few days.
The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile (art. 66-bis of the Codice del Consumo). Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided for by artt. 141 ss. of the Codice del Consumo.
