House rules
A few clear rules for a relaxed stay, for you and for the other residents of the building. Here you will find times, payments and cancellation terms.

How does check-in work?
Check-in is from 14:00, with no latest arrival time: arrive whenever suits you best.
Let us know in advance roughly what time you expect to arrive, so we can have everything ready for you.
On arrival we need a valid ID document for each guest.
Can I cancel my booking?
It depends on the rate you chose: cancellation is only possible for bookings with free cancellation, within the terms shown at the time of booking.
If something unexpected meant that we had to cancel, we would let you know straight away and refund everything you have already paid in full, deposit included.
How and when do I pay for my stay?
The balance is paid at check-in.
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer or in cash for amounts under €950.
The booked period must be paid in full, even in the case of a late arrival or early departure.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Other residents live in the building: please avoid noise, especially during rest hours, from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 22:30 to 8:30.

Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. You will find bed linen, towels and a courtesy kit with shower gel and shampoo, soap and shower caps.
We carefully sanitise all linen at every wash. We only ask you not to leave wet towels on the bed or on the furniture, to protect the furnishings.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment, including the bedroom and bathroom.
You may smoke only in outdoor areas, with consideration for other guests and neighbours.
What time is check-out?
By 11:00: at that time the apartment must be vacated, with all your personal belongings.
Need more time? Ask us in advance and, if availability allows, we will do our best to help. A check-out after 11:00 that has not been agreed incurs a charge of €25 for each extra hour.
How do the keys work?
At check-in we give you a personal key for the main door and the apartment, to be returned when you leave.
If a key is lost, there is a charge of €50 for each key that needs replacing.
Can I have visitors?
Access is reserved for registered guests. Anyone not included in the booking may only enter with our prior permission.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small and medium-sized four-legged friends are welcome at no extra cost. Just let us know when you book, so we can welcome them properly.
